Andrea Turconi was born in Monza on 18th April 1981, and graduated in law in 2009, discussing a dissertation in sociology of law entitled “The relational aspects of mobbing”, which included a sociological and legal analysis of mobbing.
He worked for prestigious law firms in Monza and Brianza from 2009, developing a background in debt collection procedures, labour law and contracts.
He has also gained significant experience in out-of-court proceedings, mostly by preparing private settlement agreements and providing legal assistance to businesses and individuals in the contract field.
He was listed on the register of trainee lawyers at the Monza Bar in October 2009 and was admitted to practice law in the courts in December 2011.
He has attended numerous refresher courses, including an institutional course on understanding the key legal frameworks and applying the underlying principles to improve legal defence techniques organized by the Monza law school in 2011.
