Alessandro Iacangelo was born in Monza, Italy on 5th August 1974. He worked for several leading law firms in Monza from 1998 and graduated in law from the University
of Milan in 2001, writing a criminal law dissertation entitled “Attacks on public utility systems – Computer crimes”. In July 2003 he completed a two-year doctorate in Legal Professions at the same university.
He was admitted to practice law before the Milan Court of Appeal in 2004 and admitted to the Monza Bar in 2006. Over the years he has gained significant experience in diverse legal areas such as corporate and commercial law, banking and tax, real estate (including the related financial transactions), professional liability and compensation for damages in general.
In addition to his work as an adviser he also acts for businesses and individuals in disputes, particularly in the field of insurance, employment, social security, leases, road accidents, debt collection, bankruptcy proceedings and mergers and acquisitions, handling the different stages of disputes in close cooperation with the client and finding and implementing alternative remedies, where possible, including out-of-court settlements.
He has attended several seminars and master classes, the most recent relating to “Family law and minors’ rights” and “Marketing for law firms”. He assists clients mainly from the firm’s offices in Monza, Bergamo and Milan.
